Qualification for refunds
- Returns of merchandise must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products need to be unused, unworn, and in their original box and tags.
- You must present proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Inspection and Approval for Refund
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval status for your refund.
Refunds processing time
Refunds typically show up in your account within 10 business days (Monday to Friday). Depending on your bank or payment provider it take some time. We will initiate your refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@alpinestay.site. We will offer a full refund or exchange for defective items as long as the issue is reported within 30 days of receipt.
